High-temperature short-range order of MnRhSi

MnRhSiにおける高温短距離秩序

新物質MnRhSiで、摂氏450度という世界最高温度の伝導電子の短距離秩序がほぼ固化していることを、ミュオンと中性子散乱の相補利用により発見した。

We found that the short-range order of conduction electrons at 720 K in MnRhSi by complementary use of muon and neutron scattering.
