Study on sealing function cut off excavation damaged zone with clay-based materials, 2; Evaluation of permeability based on in-situ experiment

To verify the sealing performance of clay-based materials cut off the EDZ, the clay wall was constructed using bentonite, and the EDZ sealing test was conducted to evaluate the hydraulic permeability before and after construction of clay wall. This paper shows results of the sealing performance of clay-based materials based on in situ packer tests.
