Remote robot simulation affected by network communication failures

This paper describes the development of a robot simulator for experiencing the network communication failures that occurs during the remote operation. When the network communication failures occur, maneuvering the robot become difficult. For copying with this issue, we implemented the extended function for emulating network communication failures on the simulator by utilizing the network emulation tools in Linux.
