原子力施設における核物質防護について

The Physical protection of nuclear material in the nuclear facilities

東京大学からの依頼により、2020年度原子力特別講義において、「原子力施設における核物質防護について」と題した講演を行う。講演では、原子炉等規制法をはじめとした国内法令で定められている防護措置について解説する。防護措置の解説に当たっては、特定核燃料物質の防護のための区域設定や出入管理などの個別の防護措置について具体例を交える。特に、解説する防護措置のうち、核セキュリティ文化醸成活動及び内部脅威者対策については、原子力機構での取り組みを交えながら紹介する。

At the request of the University of Tokyo, we conduct a lecture entitled "The Physical Protection of Nuclear Material in the Nuclear Facilities" at the "2020 Nuclear Special Lecture". In this lecture, each physical protection measures stipulated by domestic laws will be explained. In the explanation, specific examples will be given for each physical protection measures such as area-setting and access-control for the physical protection of nuclear materials. Especially, among the physical protections measures, nuclear-security-culture-activities and measures against insider-threats will be introduced together with the efforts of JAEA.
