The meson in nuclear matter; Interpreting the E325 data in a transport approach

We present recent results of numerical simulations of the 12 GeV pA reactions probed at the KEK E325 experiment using a transport approach. Furthermore, we discuss how the simulation results can be used to interpret the experimental data in terms of the modification of the phi meson at finite density.
