For long-term safety storage and disposal of iron slurry embedded to alkali activated material (AAM), alteration of iron slurry (IS) and its interaction with AAM are definitely important. In this context, the interfaces between IS and AAM before and after leaching test were investigated by electron microscopy. As results, there is no the interaction during duration time in this study.
