Ion beam induced luminescence analysis of complexes in porous silica-based adsorbents for an extraction chromatography was carried out to investigate structures of complexes. In this study, proton beam obtained from the single-ended accelerator and argon ion beam obtained from the azimuthally varying field cyclotron in Takasaki Ion Accelerators for Advanced Radiation Application (TIARA) in National Institute for Quantum and Radiological Science and Technology (QST). The research results for the relationship between the ion beam induced luminescence spectra and the structures of complexes would discussed.
