原子力機構では人材ポリシー-原子力のプロとして、世界で活躍するために-に基づき、求める人材を確保するため、ダイバーシティを推進するとともに、かねてより多様な働き方のメニューや育成制度を用意し、人材の活用やワークライフバランスの推進をしている。今般、機構の取り組みについて発表を行う。

Based on "Human Resources Policy of JAEA - For activity in the world as a professional of Nuclear Energy-", we promotes diversity in order to secure the required human resources and has prepared a variety of work style menus and training system to promote the proactive utilization of human resources and work-life balance. We are to present the progress in JAEA.
