Single crystal growth and magnetic properties of -Mn and -Mn

Single crystals of -Mn and -Mn are successfully grown. Non-Fermi-liquid relations of the low-temperature resistivity and specific heat are found in the spin-liquid state of -Mn. On the other hand, -Mn exhibits antiferromagnetic transition.
