Surface nanostructures on Nb-doped SrTiO$$_{3}$$ irradiated with swift heavy ions at grazing incidence

Surface nanostructure on Nb-doped SrTiO$$_{3}$$ irradiated with swift heavy ions at grazing incidence was investigated by AFM (Atomic force microscopy), SEM (Scanning electron microscopy) and TEM (Transmission electron microscope). AFM picture and SEM picture show different appearance. Based on the new experimental results, mechanism of surface nanostructure formation is discussed.
