次世代高速炉の合理的な設計に向けた保全の観点からの設計上課題の分析方法の提案

本報では次世代高速炉の合理的な設計に向け、保全の観点から設計上の課題を抽出する方法を提案する。提案手法では、設計情報を整理することで、対象とする保全が目標とするプラント稼働率を達成できるか判定し、稼働率を達成できない保全を要求する設計を課題として抽出する。また提案手法の有効性の確認として、もんじゅのクリテイカルパスの1つであるRCWSを対象に設計情報を整理し、保全の観点から設計上の課題を抽出した。

This paper proposes an analysis method of design issues from the viewpoint of maintenance for the rational design of next-generation fast reactors. The proposed method determines whether the targeted maintenance can achieve an availability target from an economic point of view by organizing the design information and identifies the design issues that requires excessive maintenance. In order to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed analysis method, design information was organized for the RCWS, which is one of the critical paths of Monju, and design issues were extracted from the viewpoint of maintenance.
