東京電力福島第一原発事故後の対応と今なお思うこと

東京電力福島第一原子力発電所の事故から11年余りを経過した。この間、放射能で汚染した環境の復興や、発電所敷地の廃炉・廃棄物の作業は遅々としながらも進んでいるものの、この未曽有の大事故はわれわれにさまざまな教訓を残しつつある。事故後現地で過ごした経験に基づき、この事故後を振り返り、今についてお伝えする。講演者個人の私見が多いが、若い諸姉諸兄にとってこれから何が出来るかを考えるきっかけになれば幸いである。

Eleven years have passed since the nuclear accident of Tokyo Electric Company Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. Environmental cleanup of lands contaminated with radionuclides and station cleanup including dismantling of crippled reactors have been progressing slowly but steadily. The unprecedented accident left a variety of lessons to the following generations. The speaker resents reflections and how Fukushima is now, based on the experiences involving in emergency responses after the accident. The speaker hopes the talk helps the young audience get inspired to consider their potential contributions to the future.
