Proton polarization of nanometer-thick sample by dynamic nuclear polarization

We have developed a technique of spin-contrast-variation neutron reflectivity (SCV-NR), which analyzes surface and interface structure of multilayer films. The most difficult point is that how nm-thick samples are polarized. We have carried out a lot of effort to improve the polarization.
