規制における核データの取扱

公開されている情報を基に、現在の規制における議論や最近の動向を踏まえた展望を示すとともに、国産核データライブラリの高度化のモチベーション向上に対して問題提起する。(1)許認可申請者が説明責任を果たすための情報やデータなどが、公式の文書としてまとめられているか?、(2)炉定数ライブラリに対するサポートが充実しているか?、(3)許認可申請者が新しい核データライブラリを採用する際、検証・妥当性確認や品質保証の観点で有益なことは?、(4)どのような核種・核反応の核データの整備に取り組んでいくのか?(許認可申請者のニーズは?)、(5)核データライブラリに起因する不確かさの定量化に対して、今後どんな取組が必要か?

Based on publicly available information, recent discussions on the nuclear regulation and future outlook are presented. In addition, the following issues are raised for motivating the advancement of domestic nuclear data libraries. (1) Is there a formal documents including useful information and data for helping licensees holding their application accountable?, (2) Is there extensive support for nuclear constant libraries?, (3) What would be beneficial from verification and validation, and quality assurance perspective for licensess to adopt a new nuclear data library?, (4) What nuclear data of nuclides/reactions will we be working on? (What are the needs of the licensees?), (5) What future efforts are needed to quantify uncertainties caused by nuclear data libraries?
