溶融鉛ビスマス共晶合金中の材料腐食に及ぼす予備酸化の影響

酸素濃度を10$$^{-6}$$wt%に調整した流動下の溶融鉛ビスマス共晶合金(LBE)中におけるSUS316LおよびT91の腐食試験を行い、腐食に及ぼす予備酸化(水蒸気酸化および酸素飽和LBE中保持)の影響について調査した。いずれの予備酸化処理も腐食抑制効果が見られ、これらを組み合わせることで腐食抑制効果が上昇した。

Corrosion tests were conducted on SUS316L and T91 in molten lead-bismuth eutectic (LBE) alloy under flow with oxygen concentration of 10$$^{-6}$$wt% to investigate the effects of pre-oxidation (steam oxidation and oxidation in oxygen-saturated LBE) on corrosion. The corrosion inhibition effect was observed for both pre-oxidation treatments, and the corrosion inhibition effect increased when these pre-oxidation treatments were combined.
