安定同位体比と有機元素組成に基づく姉川湖成層のヒ素の起源と堆積過程

本研究では、滋賀県姉川上流域に分布する伊吹山の地滑りで生じたせき止め湖の湖成層を対象として、安定同位体比分析や有機元素分析、粒度分析などを行い、堆積環境の考察を行った。その結果、堆積物中の有機物含有量と、硫酸還元によるヒ素硫化物の沈殿(固定)量が密接に関係していることが明らかとなった。
