Hadron structure on the light front

In this talk, I present past works conducted in collaboration with Prof. Atsushi Hosaka on the structure of heavy baryons within the framework of the quark model. Our study explores the role of heavy quarks and internal quark dynamics in determining the spectroscopy and properties of these baryons. In addition, I will briefly discuss ongoing investigations into meson structures using light-front dynamics, emphasizing how this relativistically consistent approach enables detailed analysis of meson wavefunctions and form factors. These studies contribute to a deeper understanding of hadron phenomenology and its connection to the underlying theory of quantum chromodynamics.
