新型転換炉原型炉ふげん(以下、「ふげん」という。)で発生した濃縮廃液は、セメント混練固化装置を用いて混練固化処理する計画としている。このセメント混練固化装置は、処理対象である濃縮廃液と固型化材料であるセメントを混練機で練り混ぜた後、処分容器であるドラム缶に充填して均質均一な固化体を作製する装置である。令和8年度に供用を開始する計画で、現場での据え付けを行っている。本発表では、固化装置の設備概要と供用開始に向けた計画について取り上げる。

The concentrated liquid waste of Fugen (ATR) is planned to be mixed and solidified using a cement mixing and solidification unit. In this facility, the concentrated liquid waste and cement as the solidification material, are mixed in the mixer and then filled into drums as the disposal containers, to produce a homogeneous and uniform waste package. The facility is being installed onsite with plans to begin service in 2026. This presentation reports on the overview of the solidification facilities and plans for putting it into service.
