LAの導入にはまだまだ多くの課題があり、導入が進んでいるとは言い難い状況である。そのような中、筆者は極限的な省人化を目指してラボラトリーオートメーション(LA)システムの開発を続けてきた。最初に取り組んだのが、研究用原子炉に附設された実験装置である即発線分析装置の自動化であり、続いてSr-90の分析前処理の自動化、最後にSe-79の分析前処理の自動化である。本稿では筆者が独自に開発してきたこれら3つのLAシステムについて紹介し、自動化における方法論やノウハウ、その導入効果について述べる。また最近の社会実装の取り組みについても紹介する。

There are still many challenges to be overcome in implementing laboratory automation (LA), and it is difficult to say that the introduction of LA is progressing. Under such circumstances, the author has continued to develop LA systems with the aim of reducing manpower to the utmost limit. The first project was the automation of a prompt gamma-ray analysis system, which is an experimental device of a research reactor, followed by the automation of the analysis pretreatment of Sr-90, and finally the automation of the analysis pretreatment of Se-79. This paper introduces these three LA systems that the author has developed independently, and describes the methodology and know-how in their automation, as well as the effects of their implementation. Recent social implementation efforts are also introduced.
