We report the results of high-resolution dc magnetization and specific heat measurements on the unconventional superconductor UBe.Suppression of the non-Fermi-liquid behavior under field and a nontrivial fifth-order magnetic susceptibility were observed at low temperatures, suggesting the Fermi-surface reconstruction accompanying the crossover from non-Fermi-liquid to Fermi-liquid state in UBe.
