The "Advanced Transparency Framework" for nuclear fuel cycles has been developed to provide a basis for implementing the framework, including secure and direct monitoring of nuclear operations in real time and to provide a quantitative assessment of diversion risk. For demonstration, prototype software that supports this framework has been developed. This paper will introduce the technical advancements of the installation of extrinsic sensors, an external signal generator for the purpose of the development of the algorithm for the diversion risk calculation.
