High signal-to-noise ratio data uncover the existence of two anomalous fine structures. The structures can be explained by neither ordinary bands nor the development of a hybridization of two states. As a possible origin, we suggest the existence of electron-mode coupling in the ordered state.

A hole-like dispersive feature, which presumably has Rh -band character, was observed.However, although a heavy quasiparticle band appears in the hidden-order state of URuSi ( = 0), it was not observed for = 0.03 over the temperature range studied.

The observation of a narrow dispersive band near the Fermi level in the ordered state as well as its absence in RH-substituted sample strongly suggest that the emergence of the narrow band is a clear signature of the hidden-order transition.
