We present measurements of the branching fractions for the singly Cabibbo-suppressed decays $$D^+to K^{+}K^{-}pi^{+}pi^{0}$$ and $$D_s^{+}to K^{+}pi^{-}pi^{+}pi^{0}$$, and the doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decay $$D^{+}to K^{+}pi^{-}pi^{+}pi^{0}$$, based on 980 $${rm fb}^{-1}$$ of data recorded by the Belle experiment at the KEKB $$e^{+}e^{-}$$ collider. We measure these modes relative to the Cabibbo-favored modes $$D^{+}to K^{-}pi^{+}pi^{+}pi^{0}$$ and $$D_s^{+}to K^{+}K^{-}pi^{+}pi^{0}$$. Our results for the ratios of branching fractions are $$B(D^{+}to K^{+}K^{-}pi^{+}pi^{0})/B(D^{+}to K^{-}pi^{+}pi^{+}pi^{0}) = (11.32 pm 0.13 pm 0.26)%$$, $$B(D^{+}to K^{+}pi^{-}pi^{+}pi^{0})/B(D^{+}to K^{-}pi^{+}pi^{+}pi^{0}) = (1.68 pm 0.11pm 0.03)%$$, and $$B(D_s^{+}to K^{+}pi^{-}pi^{+}pi^{0})/B(D_s^{+}to K^{+}K^{-}pi^{+}pi^{0}) = (17.13 pm 0.62 pm 0.51)%$$, where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. The second value corresponds to $$(5.83pm 0.42)timestan^4theta_C$$, where $$theta_C$$ is the Cabibbo angle; this value is larger than other measured ratios of branching fractions for a doubly Cabibbo-suppressed charm decay to a Cabibbo-favored decay. Multiplying these results by world average values for $$B(D^{+}to K^{-}pi^{+}pi^{+}pi^{0})$$ and $$B(D_s^{+}to K^{+}K^{-}pi^{+}pi^{0})$$ yields $$B(D^{+}to K^{+}K^{-}pi^{+}pi^{0})= (7.08pm 0.08pm 0.16pm 0.20)times10^{-3}$$, $$B(D^{+}to K^{+}pi^{-}pi^{+}pi^{0})= (1.05pm 0.07pm 0.02pm 0.03)times10^{-3}$$, and $$B(D_s^{+}to K^{+}pi^{-}pi^{+}pi^{0}) = (9.44pm 0.34pm 0.28pm 0.32)times10^{-3}$$, where the third uncertainty is due to the branching fraction of the normalization mode. The first two results are consistent with, but more precise than, the current world averages. The last result is the first measurement of this branching fraction.

We present the first measurement of the branching fraction of the singly Cabibbo-suppressed (SCS) decay $$Lambda_c^+ to p eta'$$ with $$eta' to etapi^+pi^-$$, using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 981 $$rm fb^{-1}$$, collected by the Belle detector at the KEKB $$e^{+}$$$$e^{-}$$ asymmetric-energy collider. A significant $$Lambda_c^+$$ signal is observed for the first time with a signal significance of 5.4$$sigma$$. The relative branching fraction with respect to the normalization mode $$Lambda_c^+ to pK^-pi^+$$ is measured to be $$frac{{cal B}(Lambda_c^+ to p eta')}{{cal B}(Lambda_c^+ to p K^-pi^+)} = (7.54 pm 1.32 pm 0.75) times 10^{-3}$$,where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. Using the world-average value of $${cal B}(Lambda_c^+ to p K^-pi^+) = (6.28pm0.32)times10^{-2}$$, we obtain $${cal B}(Lambda_c^+ to p eta') = (4.73 pm 0.82 pm 0.47 pm 0.24)times 10^{-4}$$,where the uncertainties are statistical, systematic, and from $${cal B}(Lambda_c^+ to pK^-pi^+)$$, respectively.

We report the results of the first search for the decay $$B_s^0 rightarrow eta^prime eta$$ using $$121.4~textrm{fb}^{-1}$$ of data collected at the $$Upsilon(5S)$$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $$e^+e^-$$ collider. We observe no significant signal and set a 90% confidence-level upper limit of $$6.5 times 10^{-5}$$ on the branching fraction of this decay.

We study charmless hadronic decays of charged $$B$$ mesons to the final states $$K^{0}_{S}K^{0}_{S}K^{pm}$$ and $$K^{0}_{S}K^{0}_{S}pi^{pm}$$ using a $$711 fb^{-1}$$ data sample that contains $$772times 10^6$$ $$Bbar{B}$$ pairs, and was collected at the $$Upsilon(4S)$$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $$e^{+}e^{-}$$ collider. For $$B^{pm}to K^{0}_{S}K^{0}_{S}K^{pm}$$, the measured branching fraction and direct $$CP$$ asymmetry are $$[10.42pm0.43(stat)pm 0.22(syst)]times10^{-6}$$ and [$$+1.6pm3.9(stat)pm 0.9(syst)$$]%, respectively. In the absence of a statistically significant signal for $$B^{pm}to K^{0}_{S}K^{0}_{S}pi^{pm}$$, we obtain a 90% confidence-level upper limit on its branching fraction as $$8.7 times10^{-7}$$.

We report measurements of the branching fractions of the decays $$Lambda^+_ctoSigma^+pi^-pi^+$$, $$Lambda^+_ctoSigma^0pi^+pi^0$$ and $$Lambda^+_ctoSigma^+pi^0pi^0$$ relative to the reference channel $$Lambda^+_cto pK^-pi^+$$. The analysis is based on the full data sample collected at and close to $$Upsilon(4S)$$ resonance by the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $$e^+e^-$$ collider corresponding to the integrated luminosity of 711 fb$$^{-1}$$. We measure $${cal B}(Lambda^+_crightarrowSigma^+pi^-pi^+)/{cal B}(Lambda^+_cto pK^-pi^+) = 0.706~pm 0.003~pm 0.029$$, $${cal B}(Lambda^+_crightarrowSigma^0pi^+pi^0)/{cal B}(Lambda^+_cto pK^-pi^+) = 0.491~pm 0.005~pm 0.028$$ and $${cal B}(Lambda^+_crightarrowSigma^+pi^0pi^0)/{cal B}(Lambda^+_cto pK^-pi^+) = 0.198~pm 0.006~pm 0.016$$. The listed uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively.

We report the observation of $$Upsilon(2S)togammaeta_{b}(1S)$$ decay based on analysis of the inclusive photon spectrum of $$24.7$$ fb$$^{-1}$$ of $$e^+ e^-$$ collisions at the $$Upsilon(2S)$$ center-of-mass energy collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $$e^+ e^-$$ collider. We measure a branching fraction of $$mathcal{B}(Upsilon(2S)togammaeta_{b}(1S))=(6.1^{+0.6+0.9}_{-0.7-0.5})times 10^{-4}$$, and derive an $$eta_{b}(1S)$$ mass of $$9394.8^{+2.7+4.5}_{-3.1-2.7}$$ MeV/$$c^{2}$$, where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. The significance of our measurement is greater than 7 standard deviations, constituting the first observation of this decay mode.

We search for $$CP$$ violation in the charged charm meson decay $$D^{+}topi^{+}pi^{0}$$, based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $$rm 921~fb^{-1}$$ collected by the Belle experiment at the KEKB $$e^{+}e^{-}$$ asymmetric-energy collider. The measured $$CP$$ violating asymmetry is $$[+2.31pm1.24({rm stat})pm0.23({rm syst})]%$$, which is consistent with the standard model prediction and has a significantly improved precision compared to previous results.

We report inclusive and exclusive measurements for $$chi_{c1}$$ and $$chi_{c2}$$ production in $$B$$ decays. We measure $${cal B}(Bto chi_{c1}X)= (3.03pm0.05({rm stat})pm 0.24({rm syst}))times 10^{-3}$$ and $${cal B}(Bto chi_{c2}X)= (0.70 pm 0.06({rm stat}) pm 0.10({rm syst}))times 10^{-3}$$. For the first time, $$chi_{c2}$$ production in exclusive $$B$$ decays in the modes $$B^0 to chi_{c2}pi^-K^+$$ and $$B^+ to chi_{c2}pi^+pi^-K^+$$ has been observed, along with first evidence for the $$B^+ to chi_{c2}pi^+ K_S^0$$ decay mode. For $$chi_{c1}$$ production, we report the first observation in the $$B^+ to chi_{c1}pi^+pi^-K^+$$, $$B^0 to chi_{c1}pi^+pi^-K^0_S$$ and $$B^0 to chi_{c1}pi^0pi^-K^+$$ decay modes. Using these decay modes, we observe a difference in the production mechanism of $$chi_{c2}$$ in comparison to $$chi_{c1}$$ in $$B$$ decays. In addition, we report searches for $$X(3872)$$ and $$chi_{c1}(2P)$$ in the $$B^+ to (chi_{c1}pi^+pi^-)K^+$$ decay mode. The reported results use $$772 times 10^6$$ $$Bbar{B}$$ events collected at the $$Upsilon(4S)$$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $$e^+e^-$$ collider.
