) using an 833~fb
data sample collected near the
resonance, with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy
collider. Using an optimal observable method, we obtain the real and imaginary parts of
as
and
, respectively. These results are consistent with null electric dipole moment at the present level of experimental sensitivity and improve the sensitivity by about a factor of three.

J-PARC E07 is the most ambitious and complex emulsion experiment to date investigating double hypernuclei with Hybrid emulsion method. The physics run at the K1.8 beam line in the J-PARC hadron experimental facility have been completed in 2017. The emulsion sheets are presently being analyzed with dedicated optical microscopes. Current statistics are estimated to be more 3 times than that of previous experiments. Quantitative data on the and
interaction are being accumulated successfully via analysis of double
and
hypernuclei. Multiple
hypernucleus candidates suggests several features about
hypernucleus that the identification efficiency of
C is significantly higher than other mode, many daughters of
C are identified as He or Be, and multiple bound states of
exist in the
N nucleus. An analysis of X-ray spectroscopy of
hyperatoms are ongoing.

The proton angular distributions, measured for the first time, reveal that the reaction kinematics of the (
) reaction is consistent with sequential proton collisions within the projectile nucleus.

被引用回数:16 パーセンタイル:60.75(Astronomy & Astrophysics)We report measurements of the production cross sections of charged pions, kaons, and protons as a function of fractional energy, the event-shape variable called thrust, and the transverse momentum with respect to the thrust axis. These measurements access the transverse momenta created in the fragmentation process, which are of critical importance to the understanding of any transverse momentum dependent distribution and fragmentation functions. The low transverse momentum part of the cross sections can be well described by Gaussians in transverse momentum as is generally assumed but the fractional-energy dependence is non-trivial and different hadron types have varying Gaussian widths. The width of these Gaussians decreases with thrust and shows an initially rising, then decreasing fractional-energy dependence. The widths for pions and kaons are comparable within uncertainties, while those for protons are significantly narrower. These single-hadron cross sections and Gaussian widths are obtained from a data sample collected at the
resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy
collider.

, as a function of
transverse momentum (
) and Feynman-
(
). The data analyzed were recorded by the PHENIX experiment at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider in 2015 from
,
Al, and
Au collisions with transversely polarized proton beams at
GeV. At this collision energy, single-spin asymmetries for heavy-flavor particle production of
collisions provide access to the spin-dependent gluon distribution and higher-twist correlation functions inside the nucleon, such as the gluon Qiu-Sterman and trigluon correlation functions. Proton + nucleus collisions offer an excellent opportunity to study nuclear effects on the correlation functions. The data indicate negative asymmetries at the two-standard-deviation level in the
Au data for
GeV/
at both forward and backward rapidity, while in
and
Al collisions the asymmetries are consistent with zero within the range of experimental uncertainties.
