Conclusion is the studied properties of asymmetric fission of Hg and Pb nuclei point out the existence of well deformed proton shell at Z36 and less deformed proton shell at Z46.

This study demonstrates the nanostructural deformation process of C-S-H in tricalcium silicate (CS) paste as a function of applied stress by interpreting atomic pair distribution function (PDF) based on in situ X-ray scattering. Three different strains in CS paste under compression were compared using a strain gauge and the real and reciprocal space PDFs. PDF refinement revealed that the C-S-H phase mostly contributed to PDF from 0 to 20 whereas crystalline phases dominated that beyond 20. The short-range atomic strains exhibited two regions for C-S-H: I) plastic deformation (0-10 MPa) and II) linear elastic deformation (10 MPa), whereas the long-range deformation beyond 20 was similar to that of Ca(OH). Below 10 MPa, the short-range strain was caused by the densification of C-S-H induced by the removal of interlayer or gel-pore water. The strain is likely to be recovered when the removed water returns to C-S-H.

The results from H-NMR and EXAFS provide therefore evidence of M(VII)O...HMIDOA complex formation in the organic solution. The IR spectra of Re(VII)O...HMIDOA and Tc(VII)O...HMIDOA were analyzed based on the structures and the IR spectra calculated at the B3LYP/cc-pVDZ level. Comparison of the observed and calculated IR spectra demonstrates that an intramolecular hydrogen bond is formed in HMIDOA and the M(VII)O ion interact with HMIDOA through multiple C-H...O hydrogen bonds.

Although the overall specifications are unchanged, notable changes have been approved. Firstly, the full 73MW should be commissioned and available on a routine basis before the D/T phase. Secondly, the possibility to operate the NB at full power during the hydrogen phase requiring new shine through protection; IC with 2 antennas with increased robustness; 2 MW transmission systems to provide an easier upgrading of the EC power; the addition of a building dedicated to the RF power sources and to a testing facility for acceptance of diagnostics and heating port plugs. Thirdly, the need of a plan for developing, in time for the active phase, a CD system such as LH suitable for very long pulse operation of ITER was recognized.
