The spectra of the Cu L-edge resonant inelastic X-ray scattering on high-Tc superconductor cuprates are examined with numerical calculations on finite-size clusters of the Hubbard model. We discuss the dependence on the incident photon energy in the spectra in hole- and electron-doped cases, respectively.

The Copper L-edge Resonant Inelastic X-ray scattering spectra on high-Tc cuprates are examined by means of the cluster calculations on Hubbad and d-p models. We discuss the dependence of the spectra on incident photon energy in the hole-doped systems.
