A high-spped data acquisition system comprising two parallel metring channels has been developed for neutron time-of-flight measurements. Laboratory tests using the developed system have been performed and the system's efficiency dependence on the incoming conting rate has been obtained.As a result of tests, the performance of the developed data acquisition system has been increased significantly.
