The developed resist enables organic solvent-free water-developable process. The resist performance was evaluated using 75 keV EBL system. Lines of 50-200 nm were fabricated with high sensitivity of 7 C/cm. The resist is developable in pure water at 23 C for 60 s, and it has acceptable CF etch selectivity.

The WISMUT GmbH has carried out environmental remediation activities since 1991 in former GDR (German Democratic Republic) to rehabilitate the environment and landscape which have been adversely affected by decades of unrestrained mining and processing of uranium ores. It is worthy of being mentioned especially that WISMUT GmbH's sites including waste rock dump, mill tailings pond, open pit mine and water treatment facilities with an area of 3,700ha have been rehabilitated practically and extensively, and these activities are planned to terminate in 2015 except for the water treatment. For safety assessment after remediation, 1mSv/y (in excess of the background level) is applied to as an individual effective dose, from the recommendation of ICRP (International Commission on Radiological Protection). This report shows a summary of environmental remediation activities carried out by the WISMUT GmbH and related regulatory laws.

We report the first IXS study of single crystals of SrFeAs that have been detwinned via application of in-plane uniaxial stress. Our results clearly show anisotropy in phonon structure below = characterized by mode splitting at tetragonally-equivalent momentum transfers. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first observation of phonon anisotropy in iron-pnictides at finite momentum transfers. We obtain good agreement with our results using calculations that are modified to account for a reduced magnetic moment and fluctuating magnetism. Previous efforts using either non-magnetic calculations or static magnetism tend to either get the dispersion wrong from non-magnetic calculations or strongly over-estimate the phonon mode splitting when static magnetism is included. Our model for the response below incorporates a phenomenological reduction in force constant anisotropy, by about 65%, that can be attributed to residual fast magnetic fluctuations. Above , all fluctuations are assumed to be fast and the response becomes the average of the results from the static magnetism. This serves as a starting point for a general model of phonons in iron-pnictides applicable to both non-magnetic and magnetic phases.
