We have been investigating dielectric properties in the charge density wave (CDW) states to understand the concept of frustrated ordered state or glassy ordered state. At higher temperature, low frequency dielectric response of the CDW state can be treated as an elastic body. The "spring constant" of the CDW can be regarded as an index representing the stiffness of the order of the CDW. We showed 3D-like stiffness of the CDW ordered state in pseudo 1D CDW material KMoO through dielectric relaxation measurements. In general, the elasticity of the CDW state is lost at lower temperature with divergent increase of dielectric constant. In our study, this phenomenon showed 3-dimentionality and we proposed that the domain walls of the CDW hold the degree of freedom of CDW motion. To confirm our representation, we will report the results for impurity-doped or electron irradiated samples.
