Analysis of Am samples irradiated at core center and reflector region in the experimental fast reactor JOYO were carried out. After removal of Am, Cm and Pu from irradiated Am samples, transmutation behavior was evaluated based on the measurement of isotpic composition and the ratio of these elements.
