Nuclear data for neutron induced reactions of Np-237 were evaluated at incident energies up to 20 MeV. The evaluations were done based on the theoretical models of coupled-channels optical model, pre-equilibrium excitionmodel and Hauser-Feshbach statistical model. The coupled-channels optical model was used considering 5 levels of groundstate rotational band with optical potential including dispersion relation. The parameters of potential were adjusted toreproduce measured data of total cross section. The statistical model calculation was done including netron, and fissionchannel with adjusting parameters to reproduce experimental data of capture, (n,2n) and fission cross sections. These new evaluation improved agreement with experimental data of total cross section between 1 to 10 MeV from JENDL-3.3. The capture cross section around 10 MeV was expected to be improved by inclusion of the effect of direct and semi-direct capture reaction to the calculation. Evaluation of fission cross section using least square fitting code, GMA, were also done and error of fission cross sectionwas obtained.

When planning the next reprocessing plant for light water reactor fuel, introducing Advanced Aqueous Reprocessing technologies for a fast reactor fuel is considered to be an option for optimizing backend with lowering decontamination for U product from reprocessing and also consideration on decontamination in fluoride conversion.
