is a paramagnetic heavy fermion compound with the electronic specific heat coefficient
of 350 mJ/mol K
. When a magnetic field is applied along the [001] direction of its tetragonal ThCr
Si
structure, it exhibits metamagnetic transition at 7.7 T. On the other hand, when a magnetic field is applied in the (001) plane, metamagnetic transition does not occur. This magnetic anisotropy is maintained to lower Ce concentration samples. By replacing Ce with La, CeRu
Si
changes to antiferromagnet at
0.91 and finally to normal paramagnet of LaRu
Si
. In very low Ce concentration samples, the impurity Kondo effect is observed. The Kondo temperature of the
= 0.02 sample is about 1 K. We have successfully observed all the dHvA oscillations in the dilute Ce concentration samples with fields in the (001) plane. Moreover, we have observed the variation of the dHvA oscillations with temperature crossing the Kondo temperature.

In
, a heavy-fermion antiferromagnet with a N
el temperature (
) of 5.2 K at ambient pressure. The NMR spectra under zero field near the 3
line of the orthorhombic In(3) sites are tracked by temperatures down to 1.6 K and by hydrostatic pressures up to 2.4 GPa. These data reveal the coexistence of commensurate (C) and incommensurate (IC) antiferromagneic orders at ambient pressure and that the C-AFM ordering is stabilized by increasing pressures where bulk superconductivity emerges. We will show the recent data of spectra and nuclear relaxation rates (
) under pressures.

In recent years, YbRhSi
has been attracted much attention because it can be turned through a quantum critical point (QCP) by various small changes of control parameters. There are many angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES) studies for YbRh
Si
by using low-energy incident photons to understand the nature of the QCP. However, large surface contributions were observed in their spectra, and its bulk electronic structure has not been understood experimentally. We have performed the soft X-ray ARPES for YbRh
Si
to obtain its bulk valence-band structure. Obtained valence-band structure is similar to the calculated result of LuRh
Si
within a local-density approximation, while the Yb 4
bands are observed near Fermi level and are hybridized with conduction bands.
