The Nuclear Human Resource Development Network was established in 2010 at the initiative of the government. In 2014, a strategic roadmap was created to envision what the nuclear industry should be like 10 years from now, and to strategically address human resource development. In 2014, a strategic roadmap was created to envision where the nuclear industry should be in 10 years, and a review of this roadmap has been underway since 2022. In this roadmap, a new section on diversity promotion was added, and cross-agency activities are being promoted.
