Several dHvA branches were observed, ranging from 9.0 10 to 9.37 10 Oe. The experimental results are compared to the dHvA results of CeIn under pressure of 2.7 GPa, together with the results of energy band calculations.

Several dHvA branches were observed, ranging from 5.2 10 to 1.7 10 Oe. The Fermi surface consists of a nearly spherical Fermi surface and a multiply-connected Fermi surface with many but small extremal cross-sections. The corresponding cyclotron effective masses are small, ranging from 0.31 to 1.4 . These Fermi surface properties are well explained by the energy band calculations based on the FLAPW method.

The angular dependence of de Haas-van Alphen frequency of PrRuSb is in good agreement with that of LaRuSb. Compared with PrFeP, no anomalous enhancement of cyclotron effective mass has been observed in this system. This change of electronic structure is attributed to the difference in the hybridization strength, which is expected from the large difference in the lattice parameters.
