J-PARC PLANETにおける全散乱法を用いた高圧下におけるpdf解析の現状と限界に関して紹介する。その例として、6軸プレスを用いた高温高圧下における石英ガラスの構造変化、常温高圧下における水, 水溶液の構造変化、パリエジンバラプレスを用いた17GPaまでの石英ガラスの構造変化を紹介する。またPLANETにおける液体の構造解析の方法、高圧下結晶pdf解析の試みと限界、高温高圧下の水の構造変化を調べるためのダイヤモンドスリーブ試料容器の開発の現状に関して紹介する。
