Two-dimensional neutron detectors were developed for the extension of SENJU time-of-flight Laue single crystal neutron diffractometer in J-PARC MLF. The detectors are to be installed at the additional detector bank for the SENJU instrument. The detector module is made based on ZnS scintillator and wavelength-shifting fiber technology, where each detector module maintains a neutron-sensitive area of 256256 mm with a pixel size of 4
4 mm. To meet the tight space limitation in the instrument, the detector was designed as compact as possible. The detector has a depth of 170 mm, which is about 40% smaller than that of the original SENJU detector. All four produced detectors exhibited similar detector performances: detection efficiency 50-60% for 2-
neutron,
Co gamma-ray sensitivity 1
10
, count uniformity 3-6%.

We observed incommensurate magnetic Bragg reflections characterized with the propagation vector of
= (0; 0:41; 1=2) below the N
el temperature of 5 K, while there is no significant magnetic reflection at the commensurate propagation vector of
= (1; 0; 0) at which another magnetic reflection was observed in the previous neutron diffraction study with a polycrystalline sample. From the single crystal study, we suggest that the magnetic phase of CeNiGe
at ambient pressure is characterized only by the incommensurate propagation vector

The materials, MH(XO
)
(M=alkaline metal, X=Se, S), exhibit high protonic conductivities in a relatively low temperature region. The high protonic conductivities emerge upon a structural phase transition and the phase transition temperature (Tc) varies depending on the elements of M and X. In this study, mixed materials, Rb
K
H(SeO
)
, were studied by means of conductivity measurements and single crystal neutron structure analyses in order to clarify how the elements at the M site affect the Tc from the structural aspect. The conductivity measurements revealed that the Tc decreased as the K content increased. The variation of the Tc was found to be non-linear with respect to the K content. The structure analyses showed that the K ions preferred to occupy one of two M sites and the occupancy of the K ion at this site non-linearly varied. In addition, the SeO
tetrahedron became more distorted as the K content increased, suggesting the close relationship between the distortion and the Tc.
