Resolution device of Organic solution by Super critical water, given a name of ROSE, has been manufactured and installed in the QUALITY facility in JNC Tokai Works. This device can convert organic solutions containing radioactive nuclides, such as spent liquid scintillators, to inorganic ones. The results of preliminary examination suggest that more than 99.9% of organic carbons in a liquid scintillators can be converted to inorganic ones. Besides, recovered solutions contain less than 10 mg/l as COD or TOC.
