高速増殖炉使用済燃料再処理において発生する高レベル放射性廃液からAm及びCmを回収する技術として、抽出クロマトグラフィーの開発に取り組んでいる。スチレン-ジビニルベンゼン高分子を被覆した多孔質シリカ粒子の支持体にTRPEN(tetrakis(alkylpyridylmethyl)ethylenediamine)抽出剤を保持した吸着材の$$gamma$$線耐性を調べた。吸着容量に関して、一般的な抽出剤の場合と異なる線量率依存性を示した。

The extraction chromatography technology has been developed for recovery of Am and Cm from a high level liquid waste of fast reactor fuel reprocessing. The adsorbent that retains TRPEN (tetrakis(alkylpyridylmethyl)ethylenediamine) extractant on the porous silica support coated with styrene-divinyl benzene polymer was investigated on its durability to $$gamma$$ radiation. Dependency of adsorption capacity on dose was different from those of other extractants.
