Lattice dynamics of FePt alloys of AB $_{3}$ type ordered structure

AB $_{3}$ 型秩序構造をもつFePt合金の格子力学

同じCu $_{3}$ Au型の結晶構造をもつ強磁性インバー合金Fe $_{3}$ Ptと反強磁性合金FePt $_{3}$ の格子振動を、中性子非弾性散乱により調べ、得られた分散関係をBorn-vonkarmanのモデルで解析した。両者の分散関係から、Fe $_{3}$ Ptのもつインバーの性質を反映して{110}TA $_{1}$ モードのふるまいが非常に違うこと、又、Fe $_{3}$ Ptの最近接対の力定数がFe $_{3}$ Ptの場合に比べ異常に小さいことがわかった。
