アジア原子力協力フォーラム参加国における原子力分野における人材養成にかかわる基本データ調査(受託調査)

原子力委員会が主催するアジア原子力協力フォーラム(Forum for Nuclear Cooperation in Asia, FNCA)の人材養成プロジェクトにおいて、人材養成戦略を立てるうえでの第一ステップとして定量的データ集めを行い、2002年度人材養成ワークショップで調査結果の発表を行った。2003年度には「調査データのまとめ」として調査データの分析結果をまとめた。本報告書は、2003年度に開催したワークショップにて報告された「調査データのまとめ」を、2004年度初めに更新したデータである。

In the FNCA Coordinator Meeting held on March 2002, "Survey of the Basic Data on HRD in the Nuclear Field" was proposed as the first step for developing the HRD strategy by producing the quantitative data on HRD in nuclear field. The first results were reported during the 2002 FNCA Workshop on HRD held on October 2002. The survey results were analyzed in 2003, and summarized as "Summary of the Survey Data". It was reported during Workshop in 2003. The report consists of the updated data until early 2004 of the summary data.
