Valve's problem on the same location was already experienced three(3) times since the completion of 50MW Steam Generator Test Facility on 1974. Problems and their actions of the valve named "Isolating valve for super heater steam outlet" were described in details about the problem's progress, investigation of causes and actions to be solved. These experiences will give a better information for the valve's specification in the future plant.
