Turbulence mixing characteristic in T-junction pipe with elbow pipe in upstream side

上流側に90度の曲がり管を有するT字配管合流部を対象とし、エルボで発生する2次流れが枝配管噴流挙動に及ぼす影響について解析的に調べた。解析結果から、枝配管噴流の流入方向とエルボ流れの方向との関係による、枝配管噴流の挙動に与える2次流れの影響に関する知見が得られた。

In Japan Nuclear cycle Development Institute (JNC), experimental and numerical investigations have been performed to reveal the mixing phenomena in T-junction pipe and to establish the evaluation rule for design. Numerical simulation is conducted on the existing experiment, simulated the piping system in LMFBR, to study the influence of the secondary flow on the turbulence mixing in T-junction pipe.
