核燃料供給保証は、核不拡散以外の政治的な理由によって燃料供給が途絶した場合のための特別な供給方策である。この供給保証システムについての基礎的な検討の中で、代替供給を受けるための方法,手順及びスケジュールを検討した。

Assurance of supply of nuclear fuel is a special supply arrangement in case of fuel supply disruptions caused by political other than nuclear nonproliferation reasons. Basic research is made on this assurance of supply system, including methods, procedures and schedule for alternative supplies dealing with such supply disruptions.
