アジアにおいて原子力発電所を有する韓国,台湾,日本及び中国の4か国での確率論的破壊力学技術の発展と国際協力を目的としたラウンドロビン解析が行われた。本ラウンドロビンでは、共通問題としてPWR圧力容器のPTS荷重下での破壊確率の算出を取り上げた。本報告では、ラウンドロビン解析の概要と、代表例として破壊確率に及ぼす供用期間中検査の欠陥検出精度に関する感度解析の結果等を述べる。PFM解析の重要性や各国の技術レベルに関する有用な知見が得られた。

The international Round Robin (RR) activity on probabilistic fracture mechanics (PFM) analysis was performed in conjunction with Korea, Taiwan and Chinese research groups. The purposes of this program are to achieve the enhancement of PFM analysis technology and to maintain the continuous cooperation among Asian institutes in this field. The common problem for round robin was set to the evaluation of fracture probability of reactor pressure vessels during pressurized thermal shock event. This paper describes the outline of the problem and typical analysis results on the crack detection ability in in-service inspection. The importance in PFM analysis techniques and status in the participating countries are shown.
