A Database on neutron-induced reactions for nuclear science and engineering; Completion of Japanese evaluated nuclear data library JENDL-4.0

Nuclear data, which describe how an incident neutron interact with a nucleus, are required for the design of nuclear facilities. This paper deals with the evaluation methods, integral testing and utilization of the latest library JENDL-4.0, together with brief introduction to nuclear data.
