Some latest coupled-analysis results of lanthanides (Lns) ($$^{151}$$Eu and $$^{155}$$Gd)-M$"o$ssbauer structure and XRD lattice-parameter (a$$_{0}$$) data of defect-fluorite (DF) oxides with the new defect-crystal-chemistry (DCC) a$$_{0}$$ model have been presented. This is thus the first report of our ongoing efforts to further elaborate the DCC model and extend its applicability to more various systems including pyrochlore (P)-type stabilized zirconias and stabilized hafnias.
