Basic study on system decontamination by iodine heptafluoride, 3; Formulate of activation energy for deposition mechanism of Uranium compound

Fundamental study in the molecular level about the system decontamination using iodine heptafluoride was performed. When UF$$_{6}$$ entered to the surface to which UF$$_{4}$$ stuck, activation energy for UF$$_{6}$$ to perform a chemical reaction on the surface of a wall was analyzed. The molecular dynamics method was used for calculation.
