福島除染推進活動; 除染活動推進員による国直轄の除染事業への技術支援

JAEA's technical supports for decontamination project in Fukushima prefecture conducted by Japanese government

「平成23年3月11日に発生した東北地方太平洋沖地震に伴う原子力発電所の事故により放出された放射性物質による環境の汚染への対処に関する特別措置法」に基づき、国直轄の除染事業が環境省によって進められている。国直轄の除染事業を支援するため、平成24年2月1日に日本原子力研究開発機構の福島技術本部に総勢20名の「除染活動推進員」を配置し、除染作業現場での技術指導、住民説明会や戸別除染のための同意書取得等の支援活動を開始した。前報(「特集連載 除染活動の紹介(1)」)では専門家活動による自治体協力について報告したが、本報では除染活動推進員による国直轄の除染事業への技術支援のうち除染作業の立会・技術支援について報告する。

In order to support the decontamination activities of the Ministry of the Environment in Fukushima, "decontamination activity promotion member" was organized by 20 persons' all members on February 1, 2012 in the Headquarters of Fukushima Partnership of Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA), and started the support activities, such as technical advice in decontamination sites, meetings to explain to local residents, and consent document acquisition. This paper reports the technical assistance in the decontamination sites among the support activities by the "decontamination activity promotion member".
