非管理区域における資材等の基準線量相当濃度の試算

原子力施設の非管理区域における資材等は、「東京電力株式会社福島第一原子力発電所事故に係るフォールアウトによる原子力施設における資材等の安全規制上の取扱について」(経済産業省、平成24・03・26原院第10号、平成24年3月30日)に示されている判断基準(年間10マイクロシーベルト)以下であれば、「廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律」(昭和45年法律第137号)等の関係法令などに従って、適切に処分すること又は資源として有効活用することができる。本報告では、非管理区域における資材等を適切に処分又は資源として有効活用するため、「放射線障害防止法に規定するクリアランスレベルについて」(文部科学省放射線安全規制検討会、平成22年11月、平成24年3月一部訂正)、や「原子炉施設及び核燃料使用施設の解体等に伴って発生するもののうち放射性物質として取り扱う必要のないものの放射能濃度について」(原子力安全委員会、平成16年、平成17年一部訂正及び修正)を参照し、年間10マイクロシーベルトの線量に相当する資材等中の放射能濃度を一例として試算した結果を提示した。
