Report on PHASE II activities conducted by Working Group of Study on Severe Accidents of Fuel Cycle Facilities, 2; Evaporation to dryness of waste solution

日本原子力学会再処理・リサイクル部会 核燃料サイクル施設シビアアクシデント研究ワーキンググループではフェーズ2の活動として、再処理施設のシビアアクシデントでの影響評価手法に関する現状の整理、課題の把握及び課題解決の方法について、客観的かつ専門的視点から検討した。本報では、再処理施設で想定される主要な事故の一つである「廃液の沸騰乾固事故」について調査した結果を示す。

Phase II activities has been conducted to review the state-of-the-art of accident consequence analysis methods, relevant basic empirical data, theoretical models and unresolved issues from objective and technical view point by the Working Group of Study on Severe Accident of Nuclear Fuel Cycle Facilities at Atomic Energy Society of Japan. This report addresses the result of review on an accident of evaporation to dryness of waste solution.
